In a commendable initiative to mark World Heart Day, our office conducted a CPR training program, enlightening employees on the critical skill of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Dr. Kamal Kishor, accompanied by his dedicated assistant, took the reins of the informative session, transforming the workplace into a hub of life-saving knowledge.

The importance of CPR cannot be overstated, and the program served as a vital step towards equipping our workforce with the skills to respond effectively during emergencies. Dr. Kishor, with his wealth of medical expertise, led an engaging session that demystified the CPR process. He emphasized the significance of timely intervention in cardiac emergencies and highlighted the role each individual can play in saving a life.

The practical aspect of the training was equally emphasized, with attendees actively participating in hands-on CPR demonstrations. From understanding the correct hand placements to the rhythm of chest compressions, the session provided a comprehensive guide to performing CPR with confidence.

Dr Kishor’s assistant played a crucial role in ensuring that every participant felt comfortable and capable of executing CPR correctly. The atmosphere was one of collaboration, as colleagues joined hands to learn this life-saving technique together.

As we reflect on this CPR awareness initiative, it’s clear that our office has taken a proactive step towards fostering a safer and more prepared community.
