Carus Laboratories, a leading manufacturer of poultry feed supplements, celebrated World Egg Day by organizing a special awareness and distribution event at Saraswati Vidyamandir School, Karnal. The initiative aimed to highlight the nutritional importance of eggs and promote healthy dietary habits among underprivileged children.

The event was led by Dr Sumit Chauhan (Veterinarian), Mr Nazim (Sales Team), and Mr Nitish Sharma (Marketing and Communication Manager, Carus Laboratories). Around 100 students participated in the celebration, which included an interactive session on the benefits of eggs in daily life, followed by egg distribution among the children.

Speaking at the event, Dr Sumit Chauhan emphasised the vital role of eggs as a complete source of nutrition, rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals essential for growing children. He highlighted how incorporating an egg a day can significantly contribute to better health and cognitive development.
