Carus Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in veterinary nutrition and animal health solutions, proudly collaborated with Krantisinh Nana Patil College of Veterinary Science, Shirwal, to organize a technical seminar aimed at educating and empowering future veterinary professionals.
Held on 8th July 2025 at the RKVY Hall, the seminar focused on the topic:
“Mastitis in Dairy Animals – Its Prevention, Management, and Treatment Strategies.”
The session was led by Dr. Deepak Kumar, General Manager – Nutrition Division, Carus Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Karnal. With extensive industry experience, Dr. Kumar delivered an in-depth presentation highlighting the pathogenesis of mastitis, economic implications for dairy farmers, preventive hygiene measures, and treatment protocols—including nutritional strategies.
The seminar was attended by fourth-year B.V.Sc. & A.H. students, internship students, and postgraduate scholars from various disciplines. Students actively participated in the Q&A session, demonstrating their eagerness to apply the knowledge gained in both academic and field settings.
